As a Senior National Sales Executive, you’ll develop relationships with customers and bring brands to life globally. What You’ll Do for Us
* Lead collaborative business planning aligned with strategic goals to develop key partnership initiatives, category programs, and drive brand sales.
* Visit customers to review strategic directions, identify problem areas, and explore opportunities for product growth.
* Develop Account Business Plans with goals, initiatives, actions, support needs, and new product recommendations.
* Build relationships with key decision-makers internally and externally.
* Collaborate with local bottling partners and distributors, enhancing sales capabilities and stewardship discussions.
* Develop supply chain strategies and activate initiatives to improve efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America’s supply and distribution operations.
* Monitor competitive activities within assigned regions and communicate relevant insights promptly.
* Work with cross-functional teams to leverage resources for mutual benefits.
* Manage stewardship routines with distributors, measuring and communicating activities against plans.
* Activate Coca-Cola’s category innovations at national and local levels with Foodservice distributors.
* Facilitate change by removing barriers and resolving service issues to ensure high distributor customer service levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of national sales experience in beverage or CPG industries.
* Strong leadership, prioritization, collaboration, and project execution skills.
* Experience in relationship management with suppliers, contractors, and bottlers.
* Knowledge of supplier capabilities and performance management, especially with foodservice distributors.
* Understanding of supply chain operations, transportation planning, and management of DPU, Intermodal, and OTR carriers.
* Ability to seek and recommend optimal solutions fostering win-win outcomes.
