About the Role
This is a remote, full-time position where you will be responsible for defining and executing our social media voice across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do:
* Content Strategy: Develop and implement a dynamic content calendar that aligns with our brand's messaging and goals.
* Creative Coordination: Create or brief multimedia content, such as graphics and videos, to ensure consistent branding.
* Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
* Growth & Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and drive follower growth.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and community teams to share insights and launch coordinated campaigns.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
* 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills – clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools and basic multimedia creation/editing.
* Comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.
Nice-to-Have:
* Advanced graphic design or video editing skills or experience managing creative agencies.
* Experience with paid social media advertising and A/B testing.
* Background or interest in privacy, tech, fintech, or related fields.
* Proven success running high-engagement or viral social media campaigns.
* Experience managing public feedback or crisis communications.
