Job Overview
The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation of an Open Banking SaaS solution.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the operational aspects of the platform
* Provide subject matter expertise on Open Banking and mentor the support team
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth platform operation
Mandatory Skills
* At least 7 years of experience supporting production environments for financial institutions
* 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments
* Experience working with FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows
* Previous experience leading a support team
* Experience running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
* ITIL process experience, mainly change, release, and incident management
* Experience interacting with senior customer management
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Open Banking experience
* Fluency in French (B2 level or above)
