Responsibilities:
* Plan annual development of the local dealer network.
* Define construction standards and oversee showroom setup and acceptance.
* Analyze the dealer network breakeven point.
* Research and enhance local market satisfaction.
* Conduct sales and product training, and manage showroom materials.
Requirements:
* 3–8 years of experience in dealer network management at an OEM (management level).
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* Strong analytical skills, proficient in MS Office.
* Good communication and project/program management experience preferred.
Location and work-mode:
* 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi)
