 
        
        Wireless IoT Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and technically adept professional to lead pre-sales and post-sales technical support in the Wireless IoT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Main technical point of contact from pre-sales to post sales, design-in, validation, regression, product launch and post maintenance.
 2. Provide on-site and remote support to customers during the entire design/launch process: integration, validation, pilot, mass production and maintenance.
 3. Collaborate with R&D to transfer debug and design knowledge of our products to our customers.
 4. Hands-on activities involving proof of concept demos, use case implementations and systems validations of our evaluation kits or other IoT systems.
 5. Organize technical training, presentation or workshop to customers, partners or internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
 * 5+ years of software engineering and/or FAE experience within the cellular phone or wireless module industry.
 * Hands-on cellular experience with relevant industry technology including 5G, LTE, and/or CatM.
 * Hands-on experience in Android or Linux development or integration environment.
 * Strong technical, analytical and presentation skills.
 * Familiarity with hardware design or software architecture a plus.
 * Familiarity with RTOS or other embedded systems development environment a plus.
 * Travel up to 25%, domestic and international.
 * Fluent in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
