Role Summary
You join MGID’s Brands and Agencies Team in São Paulo to help grow our presence within agencies. In this role, you focus on building agency relationships and identifying new opportunities for CPM and programmatic media campaigns, working closely with internal teams to support sustainable growth.
Requirements

You have at least 2 years of experience in programmatic media
You have at least 2 years of experience in a sales role
You have experience building, expanding, and managing relationships with agencies and brands
You are comfortable identifying new business opportunities and engaging new agencies and clients
You demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills
You are able to travel when required
You collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
You have an upper‑intermediate level of English

Responsibilities — What You’ll Do

Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing new business
Build and sustain long‑term relationships with agencies and advertisers
Strengthen MGID’s presence within agencies in São Paulo
Identify and develop new opportunities with agencies and clients, with a focus on CPM and programmatic campaigns
Analyze the local market to identify potential clients and areas for growth
Present MGID solutions in line with client needs and objectives
Work closely with Account Managers and Ad Operations to support effective campaign delivery and results
Conduct commercial discussions, prepare proposals, and present campaign performance outcomes
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales reporting
Represent MGID at relevant industry events

Location
You are based in São Paulo, Brazil. This role follows a hybrid work model.
