About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of our service operations. Key responsibilities include SLAs, incident processes, on-call coverage, SOPs, first-line/SRE enablement configuration management.
* The role requires hands-on experience with incident management, ITSM practices (incident/problem/change), ideally in an ITIL-inspired environment.
* The ideal candidate should have a track record of creating or improving SOPs/runbooks and training first-line/SRE teams.
* A background with data analytics streaming platforms would be beneficial but not required.
The job is remote-first collaboration across multiple time zones requiring regular overlap with European American business hours.
