nResponsible for developing top clients in the perfumery channel in the region, serving them through the Indirect Pharmacy channel, ensuring the execution of our products at the point of sale. Focus on achieving sales targets, sell-out objectives, and strategies that encourage market share gains, improved execution, and distribution of our brands
.Responsibilities
* :To be fully responsible for a territory, in terms of business (sell-in and sell-out) and customer relations
* ;
To contribute with initiatives and diagnoses aimed at gaining market share
* ;
Managing investmentsin clients and ensuring the execution of regional brand plans
* ;
Ownership mentality,focus on profitability
* ;
Responsible for execution at the point of sale, ensuring the implementation of the objectives established in the dimensions of distribution, shelf placement, merchandising, and pricing
* ;
Lead regional initiatives for a customer group
* ;
Field routine with storevisits ensuring top-notch store execution
* .To spread the Kenvue culture among peers, employees, and clients, leading by example
* ;
Ensure that the BusinessUnit's processes are executed with discipline and excellence (field rituals and routines)
* ;
Managing customer inventory at the SKU level to minimize or eliminate stockouts
* ;
Synergy with the teams of the Farma Wholesalers operating in the region, guaranteeing the best service and level of service for the point of sale
.Qualification
sEducation
* :Completed undergraduate degree
* ;
Solid experience in the commercial area
* ;
Analytical skills
* ;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Intermediate Excel skills or better
* ;
Driver's license in category B
* ;
Residing in São Paulo - SP or a nearby city
.Desirable
* :Knowledge of the Pharmacy and Perfumery Channel
* ;
Knowledge of indirect routes, wholesale and distribution
* ;
Knowledge of the transfer/OL operation format
