You will handle a variety of tasks while applying your communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with queries.
By consistently providing a high level of service, you will build strong relationships with customers and ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Process orders and complaints by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding inaccurate or improper deliveries, damages, and claims.
Provide all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping, and invoicing.
Inform channel partners about prices, delivery times, order content, and other commercial information by phone, email, and online.
Process quotes based on sales or channel partner input.
Responsible for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Be part of our multinational Order Management EMEA team, which is integral to business success.
Appreciate the variety of cultures and languages within a positive team atmosphere where input is valued.
Experience
Intermediate vocational degree/MBO.
Previous experience in logistics or electronic equipment and planning environment is preferred.
Proficiency in English and French.
Excellent digital literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Personal Skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Can-do mentality and strong customer focus.
A keen eye for details.
