Built on customer-centric values, we endeavour to provide a professional, 24/7 multi-language customer support to help in a timely manner.As of today, Bybit is one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the space.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily liquidity positioning in both BRL and digital assets, ensuring the firm meets all operational and regulatory obligations.Maintain rigorous oversight of treasury-related accounting entries, ensuring accuracy in the general ledger and alignment with local Brazilian accounting standards.Maintain accounting practices in strict accordance with the Accounting Standard for Institutions Regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil (COSIF), ensuring all financial statements are audit-ready.Lead the preparation and timely submission of CADOC (Central Bank of Brazil Data Collection) reports, ensuring all financial data transmitted to regulators is accurate and consistent.Implement and monitor ACAM frameworks to ensure the Brazilian entity remains within the risk appetite defined by the Central Bank and global HQ.Develop and execute strategies to minimize idle cash, manage currency exposure (FX), and optimize transaction costs across local banking partners.Act as the primary point of contact for local banking partners and regulatory bodies regarding treasury operations, audits, and financial inquiries.Monitor market volatility and counterparty risk, implementing hedging strategies where necessary to protect the firm’s balance sheet.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Financial Operations, preferably within a Fintech, Bank, or Crypto-related institution.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) regulations.Hands-on experience with CADOC reporting and ACAM risk management guidelines.Strong background in Accounting (IFRS/CPC) and financial statement analysis.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CRC, CFA, or specialized Treasury certifications) are a significant plus.Language Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory, as you will collaborate with global teams and local regulators.Crypto Proficiency: Familiarity with blockchain technology, wallet management, including understanding of blockchain custody, proof of reserves methodologies, and the specific dynamics of the VASP market in Brazil.
