Key to Success in Affiliate Marketing
A highly skilled and analytical Affiliate Program Manager is needed to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with high-potential partners, leverage tools and data to optimize program performance, and scale the system.
About the Role
* Drive affiliate revenue through strategic outreach and relationship management.
* Become the sole owner of affiliate operations, responsible for expanding and optimizing the affiliate network.
This is a strategic, hands-on role that requires:
* Prospecting and outreach to potential affiliates and influencers.
* Managing communications, follow-ups, and onboarding using email automation tools.
* Monitoring and analyzing data across platforms like FirstPromoter, Reditus, and PartnerStack.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, influencer outreach, or growth operations (preferably in B2B SaaS).
* Strong analytical mindset – advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs.
* Proven experience managing outreach and communication flows via email and automation tools.
We're looking for a self-starter who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage their time effectively. Excellent written communication skills in English are essential.
