As a Senior Production Manager, you will direct an assigned production area in the manufacture and/or assembly of quality parts to meet established production requirements.
You will manage the Piracicaba, Brazil Hose Assembly facility (PHA), serving as the Senior Production manager reporting to the Director of Hose Assembly Operations. You will own and set the overall direction for the assembly value streams with overall responsibility for people, quality, velocity, and cost. Responsibility for facility safety. Drives accountability to the team. Provides direction to section managers and support roles – quality, manufacturing engineers, maintenance. Oversees a workforce of approximately 80 employees. Owns the Continuous Improvement process: promotes new idea generation, ensures projects are worked and implemented, and addresses roadblocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
Technical understanding of the manufacturing and material selection process is required. Experience in operations, manufacturing engineering or supply chain, along with supervisory/management experience, is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering is preferred.
