* Professional Presentation: Presents oneself as a representative of the Manager's office and communicates effectively with a diverse audience.
* Independence: Acts independently, operating on accurate details and excellent judgment.
* Resourcefulness: Identifies and leverages other resources within the business to clarify needs, delegate tasks, etc.
* Adaptability: Quickly gains an understanding of the executive's style and adapts own style and presentation to that of the executives.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
