Job Summary
The Senior Growth Manager will drive overall business expansion across the Brazil region, overseeing business development, marketing, and operations with a deep understanding of growth levers.
* As a true business owner, you will design new initiatives to elevate operational excellence, refine the local business model, and execute plans end-to-end.
* You will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team, determining hiring needs and shaping the long-term market strategy.
* You will manage P&L performance and financial goals to meet user and trading volume targets.
* You will lead major local marketing efforts, including partnership development and the execution of key events.
