* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* At least 7 years of experience in sales, client relationship building, or account management.
* Experience in a sales role within a technology and cloud computing environment.
* Proven ability in technology sales, focusing on developing relationships with current business customers and expanding their spend.
* Fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with cloud computing solutions.
* Vendor management experience.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and deadlines.
* Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform solutions.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to influence and motivate teams to improve operations and achieve KPIs.

The Google Cloud Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) team works with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital-native customers. As an Account Manager, you will develop the business, introduce Google's portfolio to SMBs worldwide, and manage complex customer and stakeholder relationships.

* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Google Cloud customers.
* Collaborate with partners to generate new business opportunities.
* Identify opportunities to promote other Google products and services.
* Provide customer feedback to improve products and services.
