Air transportation is a critical Middle-Mile solution in Amazon's logistics network, rapidly connecting Fulfillment Centers to Last Mile delivery services. This role will be working directly with and as part of the Air BR Senior Leadership and will take ownership for the rhythm of the Air Operations. You will be a key member of the team responsible for the air carrier's operation performance. Design innovative lanes, cost-effective transportation solutions to enhance delivery speed and efficiency. Work with international teams, gain unique e-commerce logistics insights, and drive Amazon's expansion in this dynamic market. Guide the Air Operational Control Center, an advanced mechanism that provides complete, real-time visibility of the supply chain, coordinating all logistics operations. Drive efficiency, safety, and on-time performance while managing a skilled team. Leverage data insights to enhance network performance and customer satisfaction. The role will be based in Sao Paulo - SP.
