Core Editing Responsibilities:
* Polish raw footage to create visually appealing content
* Enhance storytelling with intros, outros, subtitles, lower thirds & graphic elements
* Improve pacing and engagement with transitions, music, and sound design
* Develop compelling thumbnail concepts
* Ensure all videos align with our brand identity and quality standards
* Optimize content for each platform (length, formatting, hooks)
