Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across channels. You'll work closely with our marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, loves health and wellness, and is ready to grow with a fast-moving brand.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (specifically within independent accounts)
* Manage existing B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring excellent client relationships
* Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and performance
* Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales efforts
* Provide product training and support to partners and retailers
* Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and wellness expos
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
* Help develop pricing strategies and promotional offers
Qualifications
* 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in supplements, wellness, or beauty space
* Passionate about opening accounts and growing business
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
* Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms
* Passion for health, wellness, and natural living
* Experience working in a small business or startup environment is a plus
