About our Client: Our client is a high growth NYC Saas startup offering performance and engagement solutions that help companies maximize the value of their employees. They are well funded and this is an great opportunity to get in early and make an impact!ResponsibilitiesBe the first Sales Director for Centrical in the West CoastResponsible for the entire sales cycle from discovery to closureMeet or exceed defined sales quotas as it relates to overall company goalsNegotiate and obtain signed sales contractsDevelop and manage the relationships within your named accountsDemonstrating / selling value to key stakeholders within the accountsWorking with other departments to prioritize, coordinate and apply resources where neededTrack sales activity and complete productivity reports as requiredWillingness and flexibility to work inan international start-up environmentPrepare material and market research in preparation for all meetings and appointments.Appropriately present product/service features, benefits and advantagesForecast all revenue activities weekly, monthly and quarterly with accuracyRequirements:Experience selling to Call Centers/Sales Organizations, Services or HR10+ years of software selling experience in information technology marketHas worked for an organization that is creating a “disruption”Track record of success selling remotelyinto Large Enterprise companiesDemonstrated success selling 500k+ deals in Land and Expand modelCan manage install base accounts and create Target list for quarterly account penetrationB2B, SaaS & CRM experienceSales Methodologies- Challenger Sales, MEDDICUnderstands Complex Sales Motions and how to orchestrate organizational resources into accountConsistent track record of success with $1.5M + quota, Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company)Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles is a startup or small company environmentStrong communication and presentation skills over phone and web conferencesEffective communication skills over the phone and web conferencingExperience working as a Virtual employee with demonstrated successCompensation: competitive base salary, commission+ options+ employeebenefitsApply For This PositionYour Name (required)Your Email (required)Upload ResumeWhat are you looking for?
