We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Prompt Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining prompts for our AI-powered Trust Assurance Platform. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the platform's AI capabilities to provide accurate and helpful responses to a wide range of user needs. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and user experience teams to ensure prompts are effective, efficient, and aligned with our product roadmap. Your work will directly impact the platform's ability to provide insightful and helpful responses to users, contributing to our mission of making compliance effortless and joyful.

Responsibilities
* Creating clear, concise, and effective prompts for various AI features
* Testing prompts to evaluate accuracy, relevance, and efficiency, and iteratively refining them based on performance and feedback
* Work with product management, engineering, and UX/UI teams to understand requirements, provide prompt design insights, and integrate prompts into the platform
* Analyze the AI's responses to prompts, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting prompts to optimize results
* Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering techniques
Required Experience
* Experience in designing, testing, and refining prompts for large language models (LLMs)
* Excellent analytical skills to evaluate AI responses and identify areas for improvement
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, UX/UI)
* Attention to detail and the ability to write clear, concise prompts
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions
* Familiarity with AI tools and platforms
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* A passion for AI and its potential to enhance user experiences
Desired Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or some type of technical engineering
