Field Key Account ManagerFootball Clubs | Running | Directional & Lifestyle
Purpose
Lead and develop one of the most strategic and high-visibility portfolios within Field, managing Football Clubs, Specialized Running Accounts and Regional Directional & Lifestyle accounts.
This role is responsible for driving commercial performance, brand execution and senior stakeholder alignment across complex and high-exposure accounts. The position requires strong commercial leadership, political awareness and the ability to operate in a hybrid environment that combines corporate structure with the dynamics of sports organizations and specialized retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
Own and drive sustainable growth across Football Clubs, Specialized Running and Regional Directional & Lifestyle accounts
Lead 6-month pre-order cycles and mid-term commercial planning
Manage sell-in, sell-out, stock levels and margin performance
Identify risks and growth opportunities through data-driven insights
Structure and execute action plans to optimize performance across channels
Manage the full sales cycle and planning cadence for Directional & Lifestyle regional accounts
Execution Excellence
Ensure best-in-class execution at official club stores and specialized accounts
Conduct frequent field visits to drive retail standards and brand excellence
Monitor performance KPIs and implement corrective action plans
Guarantee alignment between commercial strategy and in-store execution
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary commercial interface with senior leadership of football clubs and key accounts
Build strong and trusted relationships with specialized partners
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, OBM, Supply and other internal stakeholders
Align internal strategy with external execution, ensuring consistency and brand integrity
Key Capabilities
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Proven experience in account management and/or commercial management
Solid analytical mindset with strong KPI ownership (sell-in, sell-out, stock, margin)
Experience in mid-term commercial planning (collection and pre-order cycles)
Retail and point-of-sale execution experience
Ability to influence and navigate complex, high-exposure environments
Proactive profile that anticipates trends, drives innovation and continuously improves processes
Deep understanding of the football ecosystem (essential)
Knowledge of the running ecosystem (a plus)
Mobility & Languages
Availability for frequent travel
Intermediate to advanced English (preferred)
This is one of the most strategic positions within Field, with high visibility and direct impact on brand perception in Brazilian football, as well as on the development of the Running category and key specialized accounts.
