* Supply Chain and Logistics
Responsibilities
* Lead process transformation across functional areas of the Supply Chain, focusing on Strategic Inventory, Freight Cost Management, Budget (ABP & RBM), and other areas through technology and data analysis.
* Identify and develop business and process improvements, connecting with internal and external partners to implement solutions that increase productivity and reduce manual processes.
* Act as Process Owner for the Supply Chain squads.
* Identify, define, and implement integrated solutions using technology, building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities that improve performance.
* Establish effective connections, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
* Benchmark, measure, and apply industry best practices to develop ideal supply chain solutions.
* Develop and analyze data to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve performance, enabling more efficient supply chains, better inventory utilization, and stronger business partnerships.

* Decision Making and Critical Thinking: ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
* Project Management: ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to achieve objectives.

Basic Qualifications
* Completed undergraduate degree.
* Pre-advanced English.
* Experience in process and application development with Office 365 (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, AI, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing Engineering.
* Familiarity with Intelligent Automation CoE and programming languages (Python, Java).
* Lean or continuous improvement background.
* Ability to translate between technical and business language and serve as a bridge between support and Caterpillar’s business.
* Project leadership experience.
* Advanced English.
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.
