About the Role
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating and coordinating key events, managing the program calendar, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinates major events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
* Manages the program calendar to ensure cadence.
* Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Clients teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.
* Elevates critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Optimizes the flow of value across the program.
* Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
