SAP Data Assurance Manager

This role requires someone who is an expert in SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, and their integration points. Additionally, experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion and proficiency in tools like ADM by Syniti are highly valued.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders.
* Develop and implement comprehensive data conversion strategies across various SAP systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and testing cycles.
* Lead the definition of test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Oversee data preparation and coordination with SAP platform teams.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on data conversion best practices.
Required Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior data management role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion and proficiency in data conversion tools is preferred.
