Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive software development initiatives forward.
* Mandatory Requirements:
1. Fundamental understanding of English with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field is essential.
2. No less than 8 years of experience in IT Project Management within an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development.
3. Prior hands-on experience in coding and development.
4. A proven track record of managing Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
5. Ability to conduct business analysis including requirements gathering and process documentation.
6. Experience in managing budgets over $1M and delivering projects on time and within scope, overseeing all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
7. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
9. Strong organizational skills.
* Desirable Requirements:
1. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
2. Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
3. PMP certification and CSM.
4. Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
