1. Key Responsibilities:

2. Orchestrate day-to-day study operations

3. Assist in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers

4. Provide light device/IT support to keep everything running smoothly

5. Built and own the project plan—timelines, budget, participant milestones—working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead

6. Run stand-ups with distributed teammates (US, Brazil, India)
">
7. Translate consent forms, short surveys, and session notes between Portuguese and English
">
8. Prep, track, and recover equipment used to execute study
">
9. Troubleshoot participant hardware, connectivity, and account issues; escalate edge-case bugs to engineering via JIRA
">
10. Document and iterate on SOPs, and data ingestion for future Brazil-based studies
">

11. Basic Qualifications:
">
12. Residence/work authorization: Based in the greater São Paulo area; legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Brazil
">
13. Language: Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken & written)
">
14. Experience: 3+ years in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar
">
15. Comfort diagnosing common hardware/connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Android/iOS devices, Bluetooth peripherals)
">
16. Tools: Google Workspace, project-management suite (Asana/JIRA), basic spreadsheets; willingness to learn our proprietary research platform
">
17. Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, proactive communication, unflappable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
">

18. Preferred Extras:

19. Prior automotive or in-vehicle research experience

20. Prior team management or project coordination experience

21. Contract Details & Perks:

22. Term: 3 months (~40 hrs/week)

23. Hybrid: Remote most days; up to 2 weeks of on-site fieldwork
