Job Title: Social Media & Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Social Media & Community Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, engaging with the tech and startup community, and driving social selling initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, sales, or a similar field, with experience and network in the HR/recruiting industry. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English. Additionally, they will have a proactive and solution-oriented mentality, great analytical skills, and the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

Responsibilities:

* Taking a Part in Strategic Planning: The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of a strategic plan to grow our client base, identifying new opportunities and market gaps.
* Representing Our Brand: You will be responsible for representing our brand in the tech and startup community globally, establishing a strong network, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
* Customer Satisfaction and Success: You will track customer satisfaction and ensure customer success, working closely with our clients to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
* Acquiring New Clients: The successful candidate will identify new employers searching for tech talent and acquire them as clients, expanding our platform's reach.
* Generating Leads: You will be responsible for generating your own leads, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth.

Requirements:

* Business Development Background: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account management, sales, or a similar field.
* HR/Recruiting Industry Experience: A strong network in the HR/recruiting industry is essential, with a deep understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
