Business Analyst Job Description
This role focuses on delivering business solutions by analyzing requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Elicit and document requirements, map processes, and define acceptance criteria to ensure effective project delivery.
2. Translate stakeholder input into user stories and acceptance criteria, promoting collaboration and clarity throughout the development process.
3. Map delivery and invoice processing flows, integrating entry points and output to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Document integrations, data formats, and business rules to facilitate seamless communication among teams.
5. Define metrics and success criteria for proof-of-concepts, driving informed decision-making and innovation.
6. Perform functional validation and report defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
