The Role of an IT Specialist
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security.
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.

* Candidate must have a working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role is required.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms is essential.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are necessary.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is also required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to train and support non-technical users.
Educational Background
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications) is preferred.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
