Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team.
This role requires a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* To establish a positive rapport with clients, understand their business objectives, and provide exceptional service and support.
* Assist in evaluating client requirements, estimating effort, and guiding them to utilize standard solutions.
* Participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally.
* Gain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk and assist with document maintenance.
* Collaborate on release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, ensuring code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
* Contribute to simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs.
