Receive and qualify leads through CRM (Exact Spotter).
Actively prospect new business opportunities.
Forward qualified leads to the sales team.
Understand and overcome potential client objections.
Make a set volume of calls daily.
Achieve daily targets.
Use CRM efficiently and keep it organized.
Requirements:
Ongoing higher education or completed high school.
Experience in active prospecting by phone.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial instinct and result-oriented focus.
Ability to work with goals and in a high-volume activity environment.
Willingness to learn and develop constantly.
Preferred:
Previous experience as an SDR.
Knowledge of lead qualification practices and methodologies like Spin Selling, BANT, Predictable Revenue, among others.
