The Opportunity
This role will act as a specialist in the domain of Tanks and External Components, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal design and verification tools.
How You Will Make An Impact
* Perform maintenance, testing, and debugging of internal design tools.
* Provide technical support to users via hotline or direct contact.
* Collect feedback from the design engineering community.
* Support standardization initiatives (technical standards, standard drawings, etc.).
* Contribute to training through manuals, courses, workshops, and pilots.
* Research and define analytical models for structural calculations.
* Verify and validate tools used throughout all stages of the design-to-manufacturing process.
* Provide technical support to design engineers across global units.
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
* Experience with PTC Creo Parametric.
* Knowledge of programming; additional languages are a plus.
* Familiarity with structural simulation tools (FEM) is desirable.
* Advanced English; other languages are considered a plus.
* Experience in multicultural and remote work environments.
* Availability for occasional travel.
* Experience in the design and manufacturing of power transformers is considered an advantage.
