About the Role:
* This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bids, creating technical presentations, engaging onshore and offshore solution teams, and writing proposals (proactive and RFx).
About the Team:
* The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers to identify new business opportunities and support them in understanding customers' needs to generate new revenue streams.
In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution Teams, Delivery Teams and Customer-facing teams ensuring seamless delivery of solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Bid management: Responsible for bid management including writing proposals which includes gathering information from multiple sources within TCS or its subsidiaries resulting into accurate & timely deliverables. With regards to these positions – typically we look at candidates having atleast 8+ yrs experience in IT field …. But it can vary depending upon other factors like background education etc etc,
