Job Title: Client Success Professional
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Professional to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
* Client Onboarding: Assist clients in setting up and launching new campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor client Meta Ads daily and input performance data.
* Reporting: Create regular reports on client campaign performance.
* Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients, editors, VAs, and other team members.
Requirements:
* Experience with Meta Ads: Must have experience managing Meta Ads.
* Agency Experience: Previous agency experience is preferred.
* CRM Tools: Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools.
* Bonus Skills: Automation experience (Zapier, Notion, Sheets, etc.) is a bonus.
* Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive communicator.
This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours. Ideal candidates will overlap with Pacific Time (Vegas) hours.
