This role will be a key management and coordination point ensuring business and technical requirements are accurately captured, dependencies are met, and solutions are efficiently and effectively delivered and adopted across the enterprise. We support project teams that deliver with excellence in their work.

* Guide teams in mastering agile practices for effective execution and high-quality results.
* Lead key events to enhance collaboration and transparency among team members.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities and align them with company goals.
* Remove obstacles to boost productivity and quality deliverables.
* Cultivate continuous improvement and best practices throughout the organization.
* Foster self-organization and positive teamwork among team members.
* Ensure adherence to values and sustainable pace in the workplace.
* Align with stakeholders for synergy and shared success.
Requirements:
* More than three years of experience as an Agile Team Lead or Scrum Master.
* More than four years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on project management.
* Master Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency and improve workflow.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
* Fluent Spanish level and advanced English level for effective communication with diverse teams.
