* Solid understanding of ERP functional concepts and end‑to‑end business processes
* Proven ability to operate in a techno‑functional role, bridging business and technical teams
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders

* Experience supporting enterprise‑scale ERP environments
* Prior work in manufacturing, supply chain, or large corporate ERP landscapes

Role Overview
Insight Global is seeking an Oracle ERP Techno‑Functional Developer with strong hands‑on experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle reporting. This role requires a blend of technical development skills and functional ERP knowledge, supporting integrations, reporting, and end‑to‑end ERP business processes.
The ideal candidate understands how ERP systems work functionally while also being capable of building, integrating, and supporting Oracle‑based solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications
* Design, develop, and maintain Oracle reports to support business and operational needs
* Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand ERP functional processes and translate requirements into technical solutions
* Support end‑to‑end ERP workflows, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP integrations, reports, and data flows
* Collaborate with functional and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment
