About the Role: The Systems Engineering role supports thedesign, development, and optimization of core server platforms andsystem architectures. It helps ensure infrastructure reliability,scalability, and performance while supporting critical operations.This hands-on role is ideal for professionals looking to grow theirexpertise in operating systems, system design, performancemanagement, incident response, and cross-functional collaborationacross infrastructure, cloud, network, and security teams. This isa hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2days working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Support the design,build, and maintenance of operating system platforms, includingsystem configurations, images, and lifecycle. management (patching,upgrades, version control). Assist in developing automation tools,scripts, and provisioning frameworks to reduce manual work andimprove consistency. Monitor system performance (CPU, memory,storage, I/O), assist in root-cause analysis, and support highavailability efforts. Participate in modernization initiatives(e.G., cloud integration, containerization) and help evaluate newtechnologies. Assist with capacity planning, risk assessments, andcompliance with security and configuration standards. Supporttroubleshooting and resolution of incidents, ensuring properdocumentation and preventive actions. Collaborate withcross-functional teams (Cloud, Network, Security, SysAdmin) underthe guidance of senior engineers. Help maintain technicaldocumentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Qualifications: 1–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering,Infrastructure, DevOps, or related roles Knowledge of Windowsand/or Linux systems, including fundamental system architectureconcepts. Some exposure to performance monitoring andtroubleshooting infrastructure environments. Familiarity withautomation, scripting, or system provisioning tools. Awareness ofsecurity best practices (hardening, least privilege) and compliancestandards. Exposure to cloud platforms, virtualization, or hybridenvironments is a plus. Good analytical, documentation, andproblem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and workcollaboratively across teams.
