Key Account Manager Role Overview
This is a challenging and rewarding position for a skilled professional to develop strong business relationships with hotels, optimize inventory and rates, and negotiate conditions to maximize conversion.
The main objective of this role is to define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for assigned markets.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Build strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimize inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure high competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with demand from our agency network.
* Advise on online marketing and direct sales.
* Identify business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or services, in coordination with department head and Business Acceleration area.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
* Education in tourism or related field.
* Customer orientation.
* Negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English.
