This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will design and configure solutions that ensure product quality and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.The Role As a senior lead, your key responsibilities will include: Solution Design:Design SAP S/4HANA quality management solutions, including quality planning and defect management. Implementation & Configuration:Configure SAP QM modules in both ECC and S/4HANA, setting up inspection plans and quality notifications. System Integration:Ensure seamless integration between QM and PP, MM, warehouse, and supply chain systems. Project Leadership:Define scope and timelines for QA/QM workstreams while leading workshops with operations teams. Business Liaison:Act as the primary bridge between quality, production, and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions. Optimization:Leverage S/4HANA analytics to improve inspection efficiency and visibility into quality KPIs.️ Your Profile Experience:Senior or Lead level, preferably with 8+ years of experience. SAP Expertise:Deep expertise in SAP QM (both ECC and S/4HANA). Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of quality planning, inspection, and notification management. Industry Background:Manufacturing experience is REQUIRED. Experience in the Automotive industry is a major plus. Project History:At least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations in complex SAP transformations.
