We're looking for a people-focused, proactive HR & Recruitment Specialist based in Argentina. This role blends hands-on recruitment and HR responsibilities, supporting both Argentinian and Colombian hires. You'll manage onboarding, assist with employment contracts and pay structures, and provide day-to-day HR support. You'll also lead recruitment efforts in partnership with our LATAM talent acquisition team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help build our client's regional presence from the ground up.
This is a hybrid position (2 days a week from the Office).
Responsibilities
Recruitment
* Lead recruitment for roles across LATAM, with a focus on Argentina.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job scoping, posting, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
* Source candidates through direct outreach and collaboration with external talent partners.
* Maintain candidate pipelines using our ATS or tracking tools.
HR Operations
* Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and employee setup for Argentina and Colombia.
* Guide new hires through compensation structures, benefits, and company policies.
* Act as the primary HR point of contact for LATAM employees for inquiries, policy updates, and engagement.
* Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR standards.
* Collaborate with the global People & Culture team to align initiatives and enhance employee experience
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a combined HR/recruitment role.
* Familiarity with Argentinian labor practices (knowledge of Colombian labor laws is a plus).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
* Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
