RoleOverview:
We are seeking an experienced andhands-on Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, andretention. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, andmanaging various channels, bringing campaigns and product growthfeatures to life. While data analysis is important, this roleemphasizes execution. You'll collaborate closely with Product,Operations, Engineering, and CX teams to turn insights into impact.
We have solid engagement metrics and the bottleneckwe currently face is user acquisition. Experience in making B2Cproducts grow is highly appreciated, as well as out of the boxthinking that can help us differentiate in a highly competitivemarket.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth Strategy: Lead the implementation of growthstrategies, taking ownership of specific initiatives from ideationthrough execution and iteration.
* Campaign Management: Design, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns (e.g., performancemarketing, content, creators, community engagement, referrals).
* Experimentation & Optimization: Drive a culture ofexperimentation by executing growth experiments focused on improvingkey funnels.
* Performance Monitoring: Track andanalyze the performance of growth initiatives, using data to informoptimizations and report on progress towards KPIs. While deep analysisis valuable, the focus is on actionable insights for immediateexecution.
* Channel Exploration: Identify, test, andscale new growth channels and opportunities relevant to the DeFi andcrypto space.
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in agrowth-focused role, ideally within a tech startup, fintech, or cryptoenvironment.
* Hands-on experience with key growth channelssuch as performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, emailmarketing, community building, or partnerships.
* Expertiseleveraging data to solve problems and make decisions.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
* Deep expertise in user acquisition in aheavily competitive B2C market
* Out of the box thinking, trackrecord of creating novel solutions to problems
* A stronginterest in and solid understanding of the DeFi / crypto / walletspace.
* Proficiency beyond basic analytics (automation tools,Python, …).
