We combine technology, education, and data to help companies grow and compete internationally.About the RoleAt Lingopass, we are looking for a results-driven BDR / SDR with fluent English and strong experience in outbound prospecting. You will play a critical role in generating and qualifying international sales opportunities, directly supporting the growth of our global client base.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect target companies using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar platforms.Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (email, phone calls, LinkedIn).Qualify leads based on industry, company size, business potential, and other key criteria.Schedule meetings for account executives with strategic prospects.Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems (HubSpot) consistently.Track and report on KPIs and conversion metrics on a weekly basis.Provide market insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.Collaborate on the continuous improvement of sales scripts, cadences, and segmentation strategies.RequirementsNative or professional-level Portuguese (C2 proficiency).Fluent English (written and spoken) for internal communication and content analysis.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a B2B business development role.Proven experience using prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, or similar.Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of sales metrics and conversion data.Highly autonomous, disciplined, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in SaaS or EdTech companies.Knowledge of sales processes for regulated industries or experience participating in public bids.Experience conducting international prospecting campaigns (LATAM, North America, or Europe is a strong plus).Experience with both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
