Technical Advocate
The role of a Technical Advocate is to drive the adoption and growth of our products by providing exceptional support to our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable advice.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. As a Technical Advocate, you will be responsible for guiding users through onboarding, setup, and best practices, documenting technical learnings, creating documentation and tutorials, and providing technical support via various channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developer-facing or technical support roles, with a strong background in Python, LLM ecosystems, and cloud infrastructure. A passion for teaching and mentoring others is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
This is a fully remote position with a structured schedule, offering two weeks of paid vacation per year and 10 paid days for local holidays.
