Are you an operator-founder who knows how to build from zero and turn ideas into execution? We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator to join a venture studio working across multiple industries, including education, finance, healthcare, and gaming.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with the venture studio to launch and scale new projects. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, building systems, defining processes, and getting early-stage operations off the ground.
You won’t just manage, you’ll build.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build and implement operational systems from scratch across multiple ventures
* Design and optimize processes to support early-stage growth
* Take ownership of launching new projects and getting them operational
* Work closely with founders and stakeholders to execute business ideas
* Identify bottlenecks and create scalable solutions
* Manage cross-functional workflows across different industries
* Drive execution across product, operations, and early go-to-market efforts
* Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving environments
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience building or founding a company
* Strong operator mindset with the ability to execute, not just strategize
* Experience in early-stage environments (startup, venture studio, etc.)
* Ability to build systems, processes, and workflows from zero
* Comfortable working across multiple industries and projects
* Tech founder or strong technical background is highly preferred
* Highly autonomous, proactive, and resourceful
* Fluent English
* Spanish is a strong plus
