The role involves leading small to medium-sized migrations, managing complex on-demand requests, and improving operational efficiency through process enhancements and automation. The ideal candidate will deliver key solutions and contribute to the continual improvement of workflows.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with customers using ServiceNow applications to install, configure, customize, enhance, and support deployments.Partner with CSG teams (Support, Success, Engineering, Professional Services, Education) as the ServiceNow SME for customer meetings, reviews, and planning.Provide feedback to Product & Development teams on new features, capabilities, and bugs for future releases.Develop a thorough understanding of products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows used in customer engagements.Requirements5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role, either as a customer or with a deployment partner.Experience with ServiceNow components such as Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Customer Service Management, ITOM, and CMDB.Proficient in ServiceNow development, customization, scripting (JavaScript), REST APIs, and application development best practices.Experience with ServiceNow upgrade lifecycle and resolving upgrade issues.Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeIndustry: Software Development
