 
        
        Our organization is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of START Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination skills and experience working with individuals who require specialized support.
About the Role
The START program is designed to provide services to individuals in Ventura County. As a coordinator, you will work closely with the program team to ensure effective delivery of services and develop personalized support plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Coordinate with the program team to facilitate seamless service delivery
 * Collaborate with clients and their families to understand their needs and create tailored support plans
 * Supervise staff and provide guidance on program implementation and quality assurance
Requirements:
 * Mastery of Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work principles
 * At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and mental health needs
 * Experience supervising staff and managing programs is preferred
