 
        
        Senior Talent Development Lead
You will serve as a key liaison between clients and our organization, driving strategic partnerships through exceptional recruitment services delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to provide high-quality consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in recruiting processes and drive solutions.
 * Influence team members toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction standards.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and external leadership in a confident manner.
Essential Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, or talent consulting firms, preferably in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent English (Spanish is an asset).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
