Senior Business Coach (Sao Paulo based), Americas Delivery Service Partner
Equal parts advisor and operating partner, Amazon’s team of Business Coaches assist and guide our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) business owners as they build and grow successful last‑mile package delivery businesses. The Senior Business Coach (BC) helps Amazon improve the quality of its last‑mile delivery network in Americas by supporting DSPs in decision‑making, business planning, and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of 20–40 DSP owners across Brazil, supporting them at different stages of their business.
* Coach DSPs on improving delivery quality and reliability, advocating on their behalf through data aggregation, stakeholder engagement, and program‐wide impact.
* Facilitate regular business reviews to discuss performance, new opportunities, and benchmark data.
* Drive DSP engagement by supporting local events and regional stakeholder collaboration.
* Identify and improve program and workflow inefficiencies to enhance the DSP owner experience.
* Work strategically and tactically, prioritizing account management activities and designing long‑term solutions.
* Handle complex issues and escalations, diving deep and knowing when to engage higher‑level support.
* Collaborate across functions—including station operations, compliance, legal, and finance—to drive change internally and externally.
Day in the Life
* Review DSP metrics to root‑cause defects and improve quality.
* Write documents to request resources, support, and guidance from leadership.
* Discuss opportunities to enhance DSP performance.
* Partner with BI teams to automate information for analytics.
* Meet with DSPs to explain required metrics and expectations.
* Travel 40% of the time, supporting DSPs at delivery stations across markets.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
* Proficiency with analytical, account‑management, and productivity tools (e.g., Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar).
* Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
* International Coach Federation credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
* Experience working with or owning a small business.
