This role focuses on closing, consolidation, and analysis of results, without overlapping with accounting. If you have strong experience in controllership, enjoy leveraging data to drive results, and want to make an impact in a growing company, this could be the right opportunity for you.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport accounting in monthly closing and internal control processes, ensuring all information complies with accounting standards and internal policies.Prepare and consolidate the annual budget, aligning it with the BU’s strategy.Analyze and explain performance deviations based on financial and operational KPIs.Manage contracts with outsourced accounting firms in different regions, ensuring quality and on-time deliveryDevelop and maintain controls to ensure revenue flow integrity (revenue assurance).Standardize and improve P2P (procure-to-pay) processes, including workflow management, posting rules, governance, and operational efficiencyProvide support to senior leadership in decision-making by delivering financial reports and analysis.Be a key player in ensuring the quality of the company’s financial information, helping guide business decisions with reliable data.Contribute to the BU’s strategic planning.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Controllership, FP&A, or similar areas.Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus.
