Data Engineer (Mid-Level) About the Role We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Engineer to join our data and implementation team. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure that transform raw data into structured formats ready for analytics and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate has strong experience in SQL, Python, and modern data architectures, and is comfortable working with cloud platforms, APIs, and ETL processes. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance across data systems. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related fiel • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• An equivalent combination of education and practical experience Preferred Skills and Experience • Strong proficiency in T-SQL and Python
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines
• Knowledge of database architecture and database management
• Experience ensuring data accuracy and integrity through validation processes
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
• Experience working with Cloud Platforms such as: o Microsoft Azure o AWS o Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as: o Power BI o Amazon Quick Sight o Looker o Sisense
• Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, or machine learning concepts

Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Transform raw data into structured formats ready for ingestion by Business Intelligence tools.
• Design, configure, and maintain: o database architectures o distributed systems o data storage solutions.
• Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
• Optimize SQL queries and workflows for improved efficiency and performance.
• Research and recommend innovative technical approaches to improve project execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and system efficiency.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Work collaboratively with the team to resolve system and data-related challenges.
• Identify data anomalies and help provide business-oriented solutions.
• Manage workload independently while maintaining high productivity and efficiency.
• Document procedures using: o technical documentation o workflow diagrams o application screenshots.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration documentation. Required Skills
